Who are Flaming Lezzies?
Flaming Lezzies is one dash Crispy, one dash Shay, and a pinch of salt. We are a quirky lesbian couple who met several years ago at Liberty University and have been together ever since. We have a lesbian website and podcast.
Who is Crispy?
Crispy grew up on a farm in rural Virginia though she’s no country bumpkin, and her cow knowledge is very limited. From the time she was young she knew she was a lesbian. After graduating high school, Crispy headed out to the “big city” of Lynchburg where she attended college at Liberty University. She has an M.A. in Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Journalism. She is a Social Worker in the field of Gerontology. She just knows that one day she will be best friends with her idol Ricky Martin. She likes reading, writing, dancing, traveling and kitties, but her favorite thing to do is spend time with Shay.
Who is Shay?
Shay grew up in a small county in Virginia, but she has also lived in California and Maryland. She would like to think she has a “large city” frame of mind. She attended Liberty University in Lynchburg. It was at Liberty where she realized she was a “flaming lezzy”. She has an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, a B.S. in Health Promotion, and a Career Studies Certificate in IT: Web Programming. She hopes to one day have a mini horse and she can put him in her bathtub. She likes reading, music, traveling, art, and watching television. She loves spending time with Crispy and their kitties.
