So after yet another long absence we are back. We hope it was worth the wait! We discuss what has been happening in our lives lately. We include the good, the bad, the sad, the ugly and of course the funny. Shay continues to say “like” at least 500 times during the podcast and we always go on our usual bunny trails while telling a simple story. Our topics range from “accidently” running over your significant other, the crazy things we do while driving, our health and much more. We encourage eating ice cream while listening, but we do not encourage listening while playing on a moving dolly.

28 Leave of Absence

After a six month absence we are back. Hopefully it won’t be another six months before we do another podcast! It has not been an easy past six months. We talk about Crispy’s grandma and Shay going back to school. This is one of our more serious podcasts. We also talk about our views on Christmas shopping. As always Crispy wants some strawberry chews, but she would be happy with some sour patch kids.

Our friend Elaine joins us again on our podcast. We love having a guestbian! What do you do when you are in a committed relationship and a younger single lesbian that you don’t know very well invites you to lunch? It is hard to know a single gal’s intentions. Is it harmless because she just wants a friendship or does she want something more? We are a little rusty with the advice giving, but we try our best. We also ponder the question, “is it okay to fantasize about other women if you are in a relationship?” Elaine also brings some gossip about some friends we know. It involves a lesbian who just got out of a 15 year relationship with another woman and now she is kissing a man. We also talk about the L Word and Buffy the Vampire Slayer and we “fantasize” about the possibility of Lea Michele and Dianna Agron being a couple.

26 We Bring the Feisty to Lesbian Current Events

There are so many great things happening for the LGBT community. Several people have come out recently. Congratulations to Chely Wright, Jennifer Knapp, and Ricky Martin. We are so happy for them! Lithuania holds a gay pride parade. It is the first march held in Lithuania. We also discuss what is going on in our life. Shay has been having some interesting luck lately as well as some memory loss. Crispy learns to cuss during this podcast. As usual we don’t forget to bring our feistiness. We also talk about the passing of our kitty Zoe, we will really miss her. Shay’s birthday is coming up on the 19th of May she will be 31 and Crispy will be 30 on June 23rd. Finally Crispy will be 30 and cannot give other people who are 30 such a hard time!

We are not even getting any money for the business or product we are talking so passionately about. We also discuss our crazy encounter with some weirdo at a grocery store parking lot. 24 Remembering the Decade

Shay is finally posting the podcast we recorded on New Year’s Day. Since it is New Year’s Day we are looking back at the decade. We are in a serious mood during this podcast as we discuss major events that happened in the last ten years. So many major events occurred, from September 11^th to Hurricane Katrina. There were also a lot of advances in technology. We cannot live without Twitter, Myspace and Facebook. Of course everything can be accessed from an iPhone. We also try to remember a few things that happened in our own lives as well. It was easy for us to remember February 22, 2003 the day that Shay and Crispy became a couple. 23 March of the Lezzies

After being away for a couple of weeks we are really chatty. We are all over the place as we discuss a lot of different issues. Our topics range from baby penguins to porn and oh so much more. We also manage to answer listener email. Since it so cold outside and we watched March of the Penguins Shay has the freezer section on her mind. We also wonder where the Disney popsicles went. Shay is also hoping that Eggo’s come back really soon. We love watching our documentaries. We know what most people think when they hear the word stiff. Get your minds out of the gutter we are discussing dead people. Crispy wants to give her body to science much to Shay’s dismay. We also talk about or rather for our kitties again big surprise. All the people who talk for their pets don’t be ashamed. You are welcome here. We also talk about how we are holding up in this down economy. That is not why we are poor though. Shay goes on her rant about politics and health care. 20 The View Has Gone Lesbian

We have a surprise for our 20^th episode! Our lovely friends Ellen and Elaine visit our podcast. The four of us sit around chatting like the ladies from The View. In this extra long episode we literally discuss every topic under the sun. Well, almost every topic except sports. That will give us something to talk about the next time the four of us get together. Some of our topics include The L Word, coming out, being married, lesbian stereotypes, and hemorrhoids. Shay is still having a hard time figuring out the audio especially with four people on the podcast. Hopefully we don’t blow out anyone’s ear drums when we get excited about a topic or laugh.

When does someone know they like the same sex and how do they know what they know. What a confusing sentence. But, coming to the conclusion of our sexuality can be a very confusing experience. We talk about how we knew we were lezzies and at what age we came to this realization. We also talk about being a “top’ or “bottom” kisser. This podcast Shay replaces “like” with “anyway”. What will the word be next week? We also give an ultimatum regarding our Flaming Lezzies Myspace, Facebook and Twitter sites. We wonder if these sites are even benefiting our listeners? We are giving the deadline of October 31^st to increase our friends on each site and increase our activity. If each site remains vacant we will kill it. Seems appropriate for Halloween.

17 Let’s Talk About Sex Baby

What do you do when your girl has a lower sex drive than you? We will give our answer and opinions about this topic. We also give an update about our neighbor who we think might be gay. During this episode there are some random noises in the beginning. We have no idea what these noises are or where they came from. Maybe one day we will figure out how to do the audio for this show. Aside from the weird noises Shay sounds like she is stuttering the entire episode. At least she learned to reduce the amount of times she says “like” she replaces it with the word “so”.

16 Like…We Have Interesting Sleeping Habits

It takes time to learn how to share a bed with someone. Everyone likes their own space especially when we sleep. Shay likes to beat herself while she sleeps and Crispy likes to hog the covers and bed. We also realize a few things about ourselves from doing a podcast. Shay realized she says like a lot and gets annoyed with herself every time it slips out. She also has ADD when is comes to telling a story. Between the ADD and getting annoyed with saying like this should be an interesting podcast. Hopefully despite everything people can follow our stories.

15 Making Stereotypes Is Not Sexy

There are so many stereotypes for people. We try to debunk some of these stereotypes. We just get tired of people making assumptions about us because we are from the south or because we are Christian or because we are lesbians. Just because we are from the south doesn’t mean we have a mullet. Just because we are lesbians doesn’t mean we have a mullet. We haven’t even seen anyone with a mullet since Billy Ray Cyrus. There are some weird background noises during this episode.
