Flaming Lezzies

After being away for a couple of weeks we are really chatty. We are all over the place as we discuss a lot of different issues. Our topics range from baby penguins to porn and oh so much more. We also manage to answer listener email. Since it so cold outside and we watched March of the Penguins Shay has the freezer section on her mind. We also wonder where the Disney popsicles went. Shay is also hoping that Eggo’s come back really soon. We love watching our documentaries. We have a serious podcast and talk about our relationship. This is a rare side of Shay and Crispy. We talk about the positives of being together. We decide to share our feelings this episode instead of being sarcastic and rude. We also talk about our kitties. They have issues just like the rest of us. Our one kitty really wants to be on the podcast. She does eventually join us even if it was for only a minute.

Can all straight girls be turned?  This is one of the many random topics we discuss.  We tend to go towards the dark side this time.  We do like to shock people.  We discuss death and what happens to us when we die.  We should have had this discussion for Halloween.  It all has to do with a book Shay is reading now called Stiff.  We know what most people think when they hear the word stiff.  Get your minds out of the gutter we are discussing dead people.  Crispy wants to give her body to science much to Shay’s dismay.  We also talk about or rather for our kitties again big surprise.  All the people who talk for their pets don’t be ashamed.  You are welcome here.  We also talk about how we are holding up in this down economy.  That is not why we are poor though.  Shay goes on her rant about politics and health care.  She didn’t even take a breath through that one.  Give us a listen to find out our (dark and demented) thoughts on these topics and many more!

We have a surprise for our 20^th episode!  Our lovely friends Ellen and Elaine visit our podcast.  The four of us sit around chatting like the ladies from The View.  In this extra long episode we literally discuss every topic under the sun.  Well, almost every topic except sports.  That will give us something to talk about the next time the four of us get together.  Some of our topics include The L Word, coming out, being married, lesbian stereotypes, and hemorrhoids.  Shay is still having a hard time figuring out the audio especially with four people on the podcast.  Hopefully we don’t blow out anyone’s ear drums when we get excited about a topic or laugh.

We finally sat down and did a podcast.  We talk about our experiences with straight girl crushes.  We love straight girls.  Shay does some updates on lesbians in television shows and movies.  We also let everyone know about some changes to our website.  If there is anything our listeners would like to see on our site email us and let us know.

When does someone know they like the same sex and how do they know what they know. What a confusing sentence. But, coming to the conclusion of our sexuality can be a very confusing experience. We talk about how we knew we were lezzies and at what age we came to this realization.  We also talk about being a “top’ or “bottom” kisser. This podcast Shay replaces “like” with “anyway”. What will the word be next week? We also give an ultimatum regarding our Flaming Lezzies Myspace, Facebook and Twitter sites.  We wonder if these sites are even benefiting our listeners? We are giving the deadline of October 31^st to increase our friends on each site and increase our activity. If each site remains vacant we will kill it. Seems appropriate for Halloween.
